PIAB
The Personal Injuries Assessment Board (PIAB) was set up to assess claims for compensation by people who suffered loss and injury as a result of an accident. We will advise you on whether your personal injury claim is worth pursuing following an initial consultation. If we feel it is a claim that should be pursued then we will assist you in making an application to PIAB. We will help you complete and file a detailed application form and advise what supporting documents should be filed with PIAB by a claimant. It is vitally important that an experienced Litigator would be consulted to assist in completing the claim form to PIAB, which can be a complex matter.
